Our sixth bass tournament was
at Smallwood State Park. It was partly cloudy in the morning then
later in the afternoon there was sunny. The water temp was 81 degree
in morning and 84 degree in the afternoon and the water was muddy/stained.
There were 11 anglers showed up and we caught 4 bass over 12 inches.
Another new rookie Bill Thompson won his first tournament and he
caught 1 bass over 16 inches bass and his bass's total weight was
1.97 lbs. Also he won lunker of the day. Delmas Woodall won 2nd
place. He caught 1 bass total weigh was 1.82 lbs. Chris von Garrel
won third place with 1 bass weigh was 1.46 lbs.
Next weekend will be our first MDB Invitational Tournament for two
days at the Potomac River. Our ramp is at Smallwood State park in
Maryland.
