There were 9 anglers showed up
the 6th tournament of 2004. We had 5 boats. The weather was partly
cloudy. The temperature was 79 degree. The water temperature was
around 80 degree. The river water in stained and some was clear
water.
There was 5 largemouth and 1
smallmouth bass that had been caught. Only 4 out of 9 anglers who
caught bass.
Our old face and serious leader
angler Chris von Garrel won first place. He know how to catch 2
nice size largemouth bass. His total weight was 3.74 lbs and also
he won lunker of the day. His lunker weight was 2.39 lbs. He used
his first senko and he stole Jason's favorite senko. He proved that
he knows how to catch fincky 2 bass at Potomac river. Dave Barker
was in second place with 1 smallmouth bass and 1 largemouth bass
which weighed 2.99lbs. He used his favorite worm. Long time no winner
Delmas Woodall was in third place with 1 lucky bass which weighed
1.59 lbs. He used senko. We would like to congratulate to Chris
von Garrel again! We need to stop him soon.
Our next tournament for Sept. 26th at Marshy Hope has been cancelled
and it will be move to October 17 (Sunday) and also we will have
two days tournament on October 16th at Dundee Creek. Please contact
Delmas Woodall if you're going to there in one week before October
11th.
