October 11th, 2003

Our season ending tournament turned out to be repeat of our last Tournament of 2002, once again Delmas Woodall came thru with 5 Bass, for 7.58 lb total. His catch and full creel limit his 3rd time in MDB that he has gotten 5 Bass and 2nd time he has done it on the Gunpowder River. Delmas was fishing for his tough luck tournament when his outboard was not working so he decided to go ahead and use his trolling motor all day and his hard work has been paid off. His five bass were 16 3/4 @ 2.14 lbs , 15 1/2,15, 123/4, 12 1/2, However Dave Barker stole the LUNKER of the day when he got a 15 1/2 which weighed 2.18 lbs, Carroll Higdon also got one bass which weighed 1.50 lbs. Our last tournament was good one for 5 guys who decided to show up and finish the season!

Now with our end of the fishing tournament season we can look forward to the Awards banquet which will be held at Golden Corral in Glen Burnie, Maryland on November 15th 2003 from 12 noon to 4 pm, MDB Anglers won't want to miss this Awards Banquet, Bring your wives and girlfriends for a fun filled Day!
