We
hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations of this tournament
and expressly assume all risk associated with this even and waive and
release all persons connected with this event from all calims of injury
and/or damage in connection with this event, including Smallwood State
Park and Maryland Deaf Bassmaster club. We further understand
and agree that the tournament officals reserve the right to reject any
application for any reason.
Mail entry form & check to Maryland Deaf Bassmaster, 2006 David Drive, Edgewood, MD 21040 on or before midnight, May 5, 2007.
Don't mail entry fee after May 5, 2007, you must pay “at door” if after that date.
At door, the entry fee will be $130.00 CASH ONLY per boat. Note: Fees are non-refundable.
